The (TOURNAMENT) sand spike with round bar bottom our personal favorite.  If you see Surf Fishing Solutions on the beach,  this is the spike were using.  The quick release design allows you to remove the rod by lifting it a few inches, even if there's tension on the line.  The TOURNAMENT spike is also the lightest sandspike in our lineup.
