The 60" Super Sand Spike was developed over two decades ago on the beaches of Northeast Florida and acquired from its first manufacturers, Noel Kuhn. The open-face design fits both spinning and conventional reels without modification — no side rails, no reel interference, just drop your rod in and fish.
At 60", it's the tallest spike in the SFS lineup, keeping your rod tip high even in heavy shore break. The TIG-welded step is clean and strong, and the full build is T6 aluminum — light, corrosion-resistant, and built to last in the saltwater environment.
